2. Conference Participation Fees

Where CMC Bulgaria Ltd. provides technical infrastructure or administrative coordination services for scientific conferences:

1. • Participation fees may be collected strictly within the framework of a formal agreement with the organizing academic institution.
   • CMC Bulgaria Ltd. acts solely in an administrative and technical capacity.
   • The company does not operate as a financial institution or independent ticketing platform.
   • Funds are processed in accordance with contractual obligations and applicable regulations.
2. Currency and Payment MethodsPayments may be accepted via:
