World Bank–Supported Advisory Engagement (Bulgaria)
CMC Bulgaria Ltd. contributed as a subcontractor under S&T Bulgaria in an advisory assignment related to the development of an IT Strategy for the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) of Bulgaria.
The advisory assignment was implemented within a World Bank-supported framework and executed under applicable procurement procedures.
Scope of work included:
- Identification of business priorities for IT implementation
- Technology value assessment
- Review of existing IT systems
- Recommendations for optimization of technology investments
CMC Bulgaria Ltd. acted strictly in an IT consulting capacity and did not manage funds or financial operations.
Technical Assistance – Ministry of Industry and Trade (Turkey)
Under contractual engagement with BB&T Ltd., CMC Bulgaria Ltd. provided IT consulting services for a project supporting the Operating Structure of the Regional Competitiveness Operational Programme (IPA framework).
Responsibilities included:
- Management Information System analysis
- IT requirements review and revision
- Preparation of Terms of Reference
- Technical specification development for IT infrastructure
- IT market survey
The assignment was completed in Ankara, Turkey under formal contractual arrangements.
CMC Bulgaria Ltd. did not perform financial advisory, fund administration or procurement management functions.
eGovernment Advisory – ECORYS UK
CMC Bulgaria Ltd. participated as a sub-consultant in a technical assistance project related to IT systems analysis and support to national policy development processes in the e-government domain. The engagement was executed under formal contractual framework and focused exclusively on technical and analytical IT expertise.
Healthcare Information Systems – San Raffaele Hospital (Italy)
CMC Bulgaria Ltd. contributed to the development of a Medical Information System (IDRA+) for Hospital San Raffaele in Italy.
Scope included:
- Design and implementation of specialized medical software
- Database architecture development
- Integration with existing hospital information systems
- Development of reporting tools
The project was completed under contractual framework and formally acknowledged by the contracting organization.

Under public procurement procedures, CMC Bulgaria Ltd. delivered:

- Server and network infrastructure modernization
